Crop/Breed Sign Display Agreement
By ordering road crop signs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

In cooperation with the Agri-Business Council of Oregon (ABC), all signs must be installed according to guidelines developed by the Oregon Department of Transportation and ABC.

1. Signs will be placed only on private property and not on any public lands bordering highways, roads, or streets.
2. Signs will not be placed in any location that would constitute "advertising" a place of business.
3. Signs will be maintained in good order.
4. The correct crop/breed name will be posted during the growing season.
5. The sign will be removed after harvest or the crop name overlay reversed to show a blank sign.

Note: if crops/breeds are growing or visible year around, the sign may stay up permanently.
